Job summary

Allied Universal in Bartlesville, OK is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer for an unarmed mobile patrol driving role. You will deliver customer service to tenants and visitors, perform routine patrols, monitor access points, and report security issues according to site procedures.

This position requires a valid driver’s license, is 18+ (21+ for armed roles), a high school diploma, and successful completion of background and drug checks.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and support compliance with property access protocols.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, unusual conditions, and maintenance-related observations for property management and Allied Universal leadership.
