Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor restricted areas and verify credentials; report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and coordinate with site contacts and responders.
• Prepare clear shift reports and documentation of patrols and incidents.
