As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver in Hampton, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Job Schedule: DayTime Wed 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Thur 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Fri 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sat 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations at an aerospace and defense location; report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorization, and contractor entry requirements in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and document activities.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs while maintaining professional communication with site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
