Bergey’s Inc. seeks a Mobile Fleet Service Parts Representative to manage parts sourcing, ordering, and inventory for our MFS repairs.

This remote-capable position supports truck and trailer parts procurement, maintains supplier communications, and provides purchasing/billing admin support. Based at Bergey’s Truck Center, the role requires sourcing parts, creating POs, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely fulfillment with OEM and aftermarket suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts sourcing or purchasing within heavy-duty truck, trailer, or fleet services preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Quote, bill, and order parts for MFS repair orders.
• Source alternative part options and locate suppliers for all makes and models of trucks and trailers.
• Create purchase orders and process required documentation accurately and promptly.
• Place parts orders with OEM and aftermarket suppliers, coordinating delivery logistics to technicians or service locations.
• Monitor part delivery schedules and communicate delays or updated ETAs to the MFS team.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal locations and vendors to support MFS needs.
• Track and maintain accurate parts inventory for all MFS service trucks.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures related to purchasing, invoicing, and inventory management.

Summary: The Mobile Fleet Service Parts Representative plays a critical role in supporting the MFS repair team by managing all aspects of parts sourcing, ordering, and inventory tracking. This remote position ensures the timely procurement and delivery of parts for truck and trailer repairs, maintains communication with suppliers and team members, and provides administrative support for purchasing and billing activities.

Location: Bergey's Truck Center

• Track and maintain accurate parts inventory for all MFS service trucks.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures related to purchasing, invoicing, and inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Experience in parts sourcing or purchasing within the heavy-duty truck, trailer, or fleet services industry preferred.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Office-based with frequent communication with field technicians and suppliers.
• May require occasional visits to service locations or mobile technicians.
• Valid Driver's License
• Successful completion of background checks and drug testing
