Responsibilities

• Drives WOW Van to scheduled events across Illinois.
• Encourages and facilitates access to services and provides health education.
• Coordinates with the Infectious & Chronic Disease Program Manager to schedule events.
• Maintains tracking system for supplies and equipment.
• Maintains the company vehicle to ensure safe operation and readiness.
• Assists community-based organizations with scheduled events and records clients served per grant guidelines.
• Attends departmental meetings and training as necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
