Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state(s) of practice.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient speech-language pathology services in in-home or facility settings.
• Coordinate with rehab team and caregivers to select appropriate therapeutic regimens.
• Document clinical notes, maintain schedules, and communicate with patients and families.
