Cambridge Health & Rehabilitation in Richmond, TX, is seeking a PRN Mobile and ALF Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our rehab program and support geriatric patients in their recovery.

You will perform screenings, develop care plans, deliver skilled therapy, and help with discharge summaries in a post-acute setting. New grads welcome; PT license required; opportunity to advance to full-time.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license is required.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care, and develop care plans adhering to standards.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment.
• Perform procedures as part of the plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, assistive devices, and wound care.
• Consult and counsel patients, families, and other providers about physical disorders.
• Create comprehensive discharge summaries in compliance with requirements.
