Cambridge Health & Rehabilitation in Richmond, TX, is seeking a PRN Mobile and ALF Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our rehab program and support geriatric patients in their recovery.

You will perform screenings, develop care plans, deliver skilled therapy, and help with discharge summaries in a post-acute setting. New grads welcome; PT license required; opportunity to advance to full-time.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST - PRN - CAMBRIDGE HEALTH & REHABILITATION - RICHMOND, TX

Mobile and ALF Outpatient Position** Join our team and start making a difference!

Cambridge Health & Rehabilitation in Richmond, TX, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a PRN Mobile and ALF Outpatient Physical Therapist for our rehab program, with opportunity to advance to Full Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications

Physical Therapist license is required.
