Job summary

Powerback is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home outpatient rehabilitation for older adults in the Toms River area. You will evaluate, treat, and educate patients, develop plans of care, and collaborate with caregivers and the rehab team.

Requirements include a NJ PT license and relevant home health experience. The posted salary range is USD $79,000–$110,000 per year, plus a $5,000 bonus and visa/relocation support options.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Physical Therapy license in NJ
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent plus related experience
• Must have valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
• Experience in home-based/outpatient rehab is preferred
• Posted salary range is USD 79,000–110,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home outpatient rehabilitation for older adults
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans
• Supervise rehab staff as needed and coordinate with care teams
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety
• Maintain documentation and ensure timely scheduling and billing
