Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation To You in Beverly, MA seeks a full‑time Physical Therapist to provide in‑home outpatient rehabilitation services for older adults with a flexible schedule.

You will evaluate, design, and deliver PT programs, educate patients and caregivers, supervise assistants as needed, and collaborate with the rehab team to promote independence and safe mobility. A $5,000 bonus is offered with the position.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• Foreign PT degrees must be evaluated for US equivalence.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise PT Assistants, temporary licensees, students and support personnel as needed.
• Maintain adherence to department and patient treatment schedule and documentation.
• Attend and contribute to patient care and staffing conferences.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers in skills to promote independence and safety.
