Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation To You is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver in-home outpatient rehabilitation for older adults across the Danvers area. You will assess, plan, and implement physical therapy programs in the patient’s home or in independent living facilities, coordinating with families and caregivers to promote independence and mobility.

The role offers a flexible schedule, a posted pay range of $47.00–$63.00 per hour, a $5,000 bonus, and visa sponsorship options; continuing

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a closely related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related credential.
• Degrees earned outside the US must be evaluated for US equivalence.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for older adults.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs and goals.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and safety.
• Coordinate with rehabilitation team and refer to other disciplines as needed.
• Supervise PT Assistants and support personnel per state licensure requirements.

Education

Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent

US degree evaluation for non-US credentials

Valid driver's license / reliable transportation
