Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation, LLC in New Hampshire is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and help patients regain independence and strength while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, adapt therapy to each patient's needs, and support families with guidance and education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT Assistant program per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement OT programs and activities to help patients get well.
• Follow recovery plans to restore independence and physical abilities.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to provide compassionate care.
• Support patients and families with education and guidance.
• Adapt therapy to meet individual patient needs across settings.
• Maintain patient-centered care and high quality service.

Education
