Qualifications

• Oregon Optometry license required.
• Must pass Department of Justice background check (LiveScan).
• Experience with vision evaluations and refractions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision evaluations: VA checks, binocular vision, IOP, refraction and prescriptions.
• Prescribe vision devices and test patients on equipment to determine best correction.
• Document patient diagnoses in internal systems.
