Qualifications

• Licensed optometrist in Oregon.
• Able to commute within ~1 hour of Bend/Eugene.
• Must pass DOJ background check (LiveScan) and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye evaluations, including VA, binocular vision, IOP, and refraction.
• Prescribe and fit vision devices and educate patients on usage.
• Document diagnoses in internal systems accurately.
