Qualifications

• Florida Optometry license required.
• Ability to commute throughout the greater Sarasota area.
• Must pass Department of Justice background check (LiveScan) and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision evaluations, check VA’s, assess binocular vision, refraction, and prescribe appropriate correction.
• Prescribe vision devices and instruct patients on proper use of it.
• Ensure patient diagnoses are properly documented in internal systems.
