Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Mobile Operations Manager to lead a team of Mobile Operations Technicians at retail partner locations in Tampa, FL. This role blends leadership, customer service and sales with hands‑on technical oversight to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will coach 3-4 technicians, train on programming, troubleshooting, and service procedures, drive sales through customer engagement, manage partnerships with retailers, and ensure safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team of technicians.
• Mechanically inclined with tablet/app familiarity.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 3-4 person Mobile Operations Technician team.
• Train technicians on customer service, sales techniques, procedures, and programming.
• Drive sales through customer engagement and service excellence.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with positive outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail partners and customers.
• Educate customers on products, pricing, and solutions.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and monitor performance metrics.
• Maintain inventory, equipment, and mobile workspace.
