KeyMe Locksmiths in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Mobile Operations Manager to run a self-contained mobile service van, engage customers at partner locations, and deliver key duplication/programming services including standard, chip, fob, and remote keys.

You will build relationships, drive results, and represent a growing, innovative brand while ensuring 5-star service and a dependable customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience cutting or programming car keys; familiarity with automotive/locksmithing is a plus
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, or POS systems
• Motivated to develop leadership skills and take initiative
• Self-motivated and ready to work independently; you lead
• Strong attention to detail, with organization and time management
• Problem-solver comfortable using tools and handling technical tasks
• Must have a valid drivers license, clean driving record, and pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Operate your mobile workshop on wheels – a fully equipped van that youll manage like your own small business
• Travel to prime retail partner locations and engage directly with customers
• Provide car key duplication and programming services — including standard, chip, fob, and remote keys
• Deliver 5-star service while solving real-world problems with speed and precision
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and professional mobile workspace
• Use company-provided tech tools (tablet/POS) to manage sales, inventory, and customer support
• Track daily performance and take pride in hitting goals and exceeding expectations
