We are seeking a Mobile Operations Manager to lead a team of Mobile Operations Technicians while delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence in the field.
This role combines leadership, customer service and sales, and hands‑on technical expertise. The Mobile Operations Manager will oversee a team of 3-4 technicians at retail partner locations, serve as the team's technical expert, and help develop technicians through coaching, training, and ongoing support.
Required Skills & Experience

- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check
What You’ll Do: Leadership, Sales & Customer Experience
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3-4 Mobile Operations Technicians.
- Train new and existing technicians on customer service, sales techniques, operational procedures, and automotive key programming.
- Drive team sales performance through customer engagement, relationship‑building, and service excellence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer concerns and ensure positive resolutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and customers.
- Educate customers on products, services, pricing, and available solutions.
- Ensure technicians consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor team performance, sales metrics, customer satisfaction, and productivity goals.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer‑focused team culture.
Technical & Operational Leadership
- Train technicians on programming procedures, troubleshooting methods, and quality standards.
- Support technicians with complex programming issues and customer situations.
- Cut, duplicate, clone, and program automotive keys, fobs, and remotes when needed.
- Ensure all completed keys are tested for functionality and accuracy before customer delivery.
- Maintain first‑time‑right quality standards to minimize remakes and customer callbacks.
- Oversee inventory management, equipment maintenance, and mobile workspace organization.
- Ensure vans, tools, machines, tablets, and POS systems remain operational and well‑maintained.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of keys, remotes, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and operational policies.

Compensation:
$65,000 per year annual salary.
