Qualifications

• Experience cutting or programming car keys or familiarity with automotive/locksmithing services.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, or POS systems.
• Motivated to develop leadership skills and take initiative.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently; you lead.
• Strong attention to detail, organized, time-conscious.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, background check ready.

Responsibilities

• Operate your mobile workshop in a van and manage it like a small business.
• Travel to prime retail partner locations and engage directly with customers.
• Provide car key duplication and programming services (standard, chip, fob, remote).
• Deliver 5-star service with speed and precision.
• Maintain a clean, professional mobile workspace.
• Use company tablets/POS to manage sales, inventory, and support.
• Track daily performance and strive to hit/exceed goals.
