Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret financial records and reports.
• Must possess the ability to communicate policies, procedures, regulations, and reports to personnel, residents, families, visitors and agencies.
• Must possess the Nursing Home Administrator license and current, active licensure.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct the facility's programs per guidelines.
• Assist dept. directors with policies, procedures, and professional standards of practice.
• Ensure safety, compliance and quality care for residents and staff.
• Lead meetings with staff to discuss survey findings and action plans.
• Recruit and supervise department directors and staff as needed.
• Provide in-service training and orientation to staff.
