Job summary

DOCS Health seeks Nurse Practitioners to partner as independent contractors serving military service members in Missouri. The role emphasizes weekend coverage with occasional weekday shifts under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) to maintain deployable readiness.

You may work at fixed clinics or mobile deployment sites, including remote installations. Requires Missouri NP license, CPR/BLS, and experience in primary/urgent care or occupational health; travel flexibility and strong

Qualifications

Active NP license in Missouri or applicable state licensing requirements.
CPR/BLS certification required.
Experience in primary, urgent care or occupational health preferred.
Ability to travel and work weekends/odd hours.

Responsibilities

Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
Review health history and medical records; assess medical questionnaires.
Interview service members to determine current and prior medical concerns.
Identify urgent concerns, including Behavioral Health, for immediate action.
Document interview results in the service member’s medical record using the proprietary system.
