Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking Nurse Practitioners to partner as independent contractors to support military service members across the United States.

We primarily work weekends with some weekday shifts under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in Washington, offering an as-needed schedule and deployment-ready mobile clinics that travel to remote installations as required. Experience with primary care, readiness evaluations, and strong communication is valued.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in Washington (or state where practicing) is required.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care, or occupational health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview service members to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Document results for readiness classification in medical records.
