Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the relevant state.
• CPR/BLS Certification required.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and travel to remote military installations.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history and medical records.
• Interview service members to determine current medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns including Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results in the medical record using the proprietary system.
