Qualifications

• Active NP license in the state (Missouri).
• CPR/BLS Certification required.
• Experience in Primary/Occupational Health preferred.
• Experience with mobile medical services preferred.
• Willingness to travel and to work weekends/odd hours.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history and medical records; interview service members.
• Identify concerns needing immediate action, including Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results in the service member’s medical record.
