Job summary

Core Natural Resources, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to service and repair mobile mining equipment in demanding conditions. You will perform maintenance, repairs, welding, and operate the lube truck while keeping accurate daily reports.

Preferred candidates will have three years of relevant experience or technical school training in mobile equipment maintenance and welding, and a valid driver’s license. A strong work ethic and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have a work ethic that allows daily performance with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Willing to work in adverse conditions including extreme heat, cold, dust, rain, snow and wind, and frequent contact with grease and dirt.
• Must demonstrate consistent and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all assigned maintenance and repairs on mobile mining equipment.
• Clean and perform minor repairs to maintain fuel station and lube truck.
• Perform welding, as assigned.
• Operate lube truck.
• Properly complete daily reports.
• May be assigned to other maintenance groups to repair and maintain other equipment.
• Participation in SABERS program.
• All other duties as assigned.
