Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking a licensed Physician Assistant to join as an independent contractor, providing health assessments and readiness services to military service members in Idaho. You will review records, interview personnel, and document findings using a proprietary system, with weekend and occasional weekday shifts.

Active Idaho PA license and CPR/BLS are required; candidates with primary care, urgent care, or occupational health experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active PA license in Idaho
• CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health - preferred
• Willingness to travel to remote military installations - preferred
• Weekend availability - preferred

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify any concerns that need immediate attention, inclusive of Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results for readiness in the member’s medical record using a proprietary system.
