Job summary

DOCS Health in Idaho is seeking Physician Assistants to join as independent contractors providing services to military service members under the Reserve Health Readiness Program. Work will be weekend‑focused with occasional weekday shifts in Idaho on an as-needed basis.

You'll perform health assessments, review records, interview personnel, and flag urgent concerns including behavioral health. Travel to multiple locations, including remote installations, is required, and you will document

Qualifications

• Active PA license in Idaho
• CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health preferred

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify any concerns that need to be addressed immediately, inclusive of Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member’s medical record using a proprietary system.
