Qualifications

• Must hold an independent license with the California Board of Psychology or Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• Licensure includes Licensed Clinical Psychologist, MFT, LCSW, or LPCC with good standing.
• Experience in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care is required.
• Past work with Native American/Alaska Native communities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups across age groups.
• Coordinate with psychiatrists via telepsychiatry and other providers.
• Develop outreach activities to educate the Indian community about mental health and wellness.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary treatment approach and participate in trainings.
