Responsibilities

• Travelling across multiple branches to perform member service functions.
• Cross-sell credit union products and lending solutions.
• Process loan applications and close loans with add-on products.
• Conduct all member service transactions and maintain favorable relationships.
• Represent the credit union professionally at branch and events.
• Comply with internal and external regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Work toward individual referrals and service goals.
• Complete required registrations or certifications as needed.
• Travel across multiple branches.
