Dade County Federal Credit Union is seeking a Financial Service Representative for the Miami Gardens Branch. The role focuses on delivering quality member service, cross-selling financial products, and supporting branch sales goals.

The position requires the ability to travel within a 15-mile radius to staff other branches when needed and involves handling various transactions with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Two or more years experience preferred in financial sales environment.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish, Highly Desirable.
• Intermediate PC skills required, MS Office and Windows necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service to members and cross-sells products and services.
• Greet members, establish rapport, and thank them; verify identity for transactions.
• Process financial transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, money orders, cashier’s checks).
• Open and manage new accounts and related platform functions; address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Assist with loan applications, underwriting preparation, and funding processes.
• Support branch sales objectives by identifying cross-sell opportunities and contributing to sales goals.
• Monitor income/expenses to support branch profitability and comply with policies and BSA training.
• Assist other departments as needed and adhere to all Credit Union procedures.
