Job summary

Atrium Health in Georgia is seeking a Mobile Medicine Fleet & Logistics technician to perform routine maintenance on MTF vehicles, including tractors, trailers and generators. Responsibilities include setup/breakdown, emergency deployments, and record-keeping for donor transport teams.

Role requires high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver license. CDL A or B is preferred within one year of hire. At least 2 years in vehicle maintenance is desirable.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Must have a valid Driver License; CDL preferred (A or B).
• Minimum 2 years vehicle maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance of MTF, tractor, trailer and generator.
• Assists in setup/breakdown of MTF and related logistics functions.
• Oversees deployment of vehicle in emergency situations.
• Maintains records of MTF resources during deployment.
• Inspects, maintains and operates ground vehicles for organ/tissue transport.
• Ensures interior vehicle surfaces are cleaned and disinfected between trips.
• Works under Mobile Medicine Fleet & Logistics leadership to fulfill tasks.
