360care is seeking a traveling support role to assist physicians at assigned long term care facilities with audiology, optometry, podiatry, and behavioral health services. You will maintain clinical records in EMR, assist with equipment care, and support provider needs across facilities in Kansas and surrounding areas.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel up to 100% of the time.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED.
• Must have own reliable transportation, good driving record and car insurance.
• Must have completed and passed a two-step Tuberculosis (TB) Skin Test.
• Good computer skills required.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to follow directions and listen to needs of patients and doctors.

Responsabilités

• Assist doctor in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Completes chart prep on scheduled patients prior to every visit.
• Verifies and maintains current and accurate clinical records, charts and medical history through EMR during patient visits.
• Assures integrity of all documentation.
• Maintains current and accurate clinical records and charts through EMR.
• Completes end of visit reports on the day of visit and shares with management.
• Provides daily feedback and works with branch office to optimize schedule and reporting.
• Coordinate and maintain patient flow during facility visit; assist with mobility as needed.
• Balance and generate daily production reports and provide to manager on day of visit.
• Accurately posts charges to the appropriate provider in a timely fashion.
• Responsible for all care and cleaning of medical equipment at visit end.
• Maintain medical supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Ensure medical equipment is working; perform preventive maintenance.
• Clean up service area upon departure of visit.
• Multitask, be detail oriented, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, providers and staff.
• Respond to patient inquiries; document conversations in EMR.
• Requires travel up to 100% of the time to/from facilities.
• Maintain HIPAA, OSHA and PHI compliance.
