360care is seeking a traveling clinical assistant to support physicians across long-term care facilities. You will assist with audiology, optometry, podiatry, and behavioral health services, and maintain detailed EMR records during patient visits.

Responsibilities include chart prep, chart accuracy, producing daily reports, coordinating with branch offices, and ensuring proper equipment maintenance and supply levels. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualificações

• High School education or GED required.
• Must have own reliable transportation and valid car insurance.
• Two-step TB skin test completed and passed.
• Good computer skills required.
• Excellent communication skills essential.
• Ability to follow directions and listen to patients and doctors.

Responsabilidades

• Assist doctors in audiology, optometry, podiatry, and behavioral health care.
• Maintain clinical records and charts in EMR; complete chart prep before visits.
• Verify and maintain accurate clinical records and medical history in EMR during patient visits.
• Balance and generate daily production reports for management.
• Coordinate patient flow and scheduling with branch office and staff.
• Maintain and clean medical equipment and manage supplies inventory.
