360care is seeking a traveling clinician to assist physicians at long-term care facilities with audiology, optometry, podiatry, and behavioral health. You will maintain clinical records in EMR, assist with care and cleaning of medical equipment, and support providers during visits across Georgia.

This role requires travel up to 100% of the time, mileage reimbursement, and drive time pay. Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking are essential to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must have own reliable transportation, valid driving record and car insurance.
• Must have completed and passed a two-step TB skin test.
• Good computer skills required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to follow directions and listen to needs of patients and doctors.

Responsabilités

• Assist physicians with audiology, optometry, podiatry, and behavioral health care.
• Prepare and review charts/records; maintain EMR.
• Maintain medical equipment and supplies; ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
• Coordinate with branch office to optimize schedule and reporting.
• Travel to assigned facilities up to 100% of the time.
