Avir Health Group is seeking a Corporate Traveling Medicaid Pending to join our team in Region 2. The role focuses on overseeing Medicaid eligibility, applications, renewals, and compliance while supporting multiple communities and working with facility leadership to maximize reimbursement accuracy and regulatory adherence.

Ideal candidates have SNF experience and a working knowledge of state Medicaid regulations, with a demonstrated ability to coordinate with residents, families, and Medicaid

Qualifications

• Experience with Medicaid pending processes, conversions, redeterminations, and denials management.
• Strong understanding of state Medicaid regulations and long-term care reimbursement guidelines.
• Experience working directly with residents, families, and state Medicaid offices to secure timely approvals.
• SNF experience required.
