AVIR Health Group seeks a Corporate Traveling Medicaid Pending to oversee Medicaid eligibility, applications, renewals and compliance across multiple communities. You will work with facility leadership to ensure timely submissions, maximize reimbursement accuracy and maintain regulatory compliance.

The role requires knowledge of Medicaid processes, state regulations, and direct experience with residents and Medicaid offices.

• Working knowledge of Medicaid pending processes, conversions, redeterminations, and denials management.
• Strong understanding of state-specific Medicaid regulations and long-term care reimbursement guidelines.
• Experience working directly with residents, families, and state Medicaid offices to secure timely approvals.
• SNF experience required.
