Job summary

IQVIA's In-Home Clinical Solutions team seeks a Mobile Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist to provide in-home diagnostic services across various U.S. locations. The role includes phlebotomy, EKGs, and macular edema screenings, with no minimum monthly visit requirement.

Per diem scheduling is flexible, with IQVIA handling travel and patient communication while you focus on clinical care. A CMA/CPT is preferred, and travel up to 100 miles may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings required.
• At least 1 year of EKG experience preferred.
• Certification as CMA or CPT preferred; state CMA/CPT license may be required in WA or LA.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds to transport equipment.
• Willingness to travel up to 100 miles for patient visits.
• Proficiency with medical equipment and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home blood specimen collection, labeling, and transport per policies and regs.
• Comply with laboratory safety and handling procedures; deliver samples to labs.
• Conduct EKGs and macular edema screening exams (training provided).
• Maintain clean, organized work environment and manage supplies storage.
• Monitor clinical supply inventory and manage logs for reimbursement and compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical coordination team to submit visit paperwork promptly.
