IQVIA’s In-Home Clinical Solutions team seeks a Mobile Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist to support patient care by delivering in-home diagnostic services across the United States. The role travels to patient homes to collect blood, perform EKGs, and conduct macular edema screenings as part of initiating and supporting treatment adherence.

This is a per diem, travel-based position with flexible hours and no minimum monthly visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings.
• At least 1 year of EKG experience preferred.
• Certification as a CMA or CPT preferred.
• If in WA or LA, a state CMA or CPT license is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to transport medical or diagnostic equipment.
• Travel up to 100 miles to conduct patient visits.
• Proficiency in using medical equipment and documenting properly.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsabilités

• Perform in-home blood specimen collection, labeling, and transporting specimens according to network policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Comply with all laboratory safety and handling procedures; ensure delivery to designated laboratories.
• Conduct screenings such as EKGs and macular edema exams (training provided).
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including transportation and supplies storage.
• Monitor and manage clinical supply inventory.
• Collaborate with IQVIA’s clinical coordination team to submit visit-related paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Identify and report adverse events or patient inquiries per guidelines.
• Maintain accurate mileage and time logs for reimbursement and compliance.
