IQVIA’s In-Home Clinical Solutions team seeks a Mobile Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist to travel to patient residences for in-home diagnostic services, including phlebotomy, EKGs, and macular edema screenings. Per diem, flexible hours with no minimum monthly visits.

Role requires phlebotomy experience and strong patient communication. Training provided for onsite screenings; mileage is reimbursed at IRS rates, with travel up to 100 miles per visit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings.
• At least 1 year of EKG experience preferred.
• CMA or CPT certification preferred.
• State CMA or CPT license required in WA or LA.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds to transport equipment.
• Willingness to travel up to 100 miles for patient visits.
• Proficient with medical equipment and documentation practices.
• Strong communication and patient-focused approach.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver’s license; driving record reviewed prior to hire.
• Drug screening and background check after offer.

Responsabilités

• Perform in-home blood specimen collection, labeling, and transport per policies and regulatory standards.
• Comply with laboratory safety and handling procedures; ensure delivery to labs.
• Conduct trainings-enabled screenings (EKG, macular edema screening) as appropriate.
• Maintain clean, organized work environment and manage supplies for in-home visits.
• Monitor and manage clinical supply inventory.
• Collaborate with IQVIA’s clinical coordination team for timely paperwork.
• Identify and report adverse events or patient inquiries per guidance.
• Maintain mileage and time logs for reimbursement and compliance.
