Job summary

IQVIA’s In-Home Clinical Solutions team seeks a Mobile Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist to deliver in-home diagnostic services across various U.S. locations. This per diem role includes phlebotomy, EKGs, and macular edema screenings with flexible scheduling and no monthly minimum.

Responsibilities include in-home specimen collection, safety compliance, and timely paperwork with IQVIA support. Travel up to 100 miles and lifting up to 70 pounds are required; valid license and background checks

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings.
• At least 1 year of EKG experience preferred.
• Certification as a CMA or CPT preferred.
• If in WA or LA, a state CMA/CPT license is required.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds to transport equipment.
• Willingness to travel up to 100 miles for visits.
• Proficiency with medical equipment and proper documentation.
• Strong communication and patient-focused approach.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record review prior to hire.
• Drug screening and background check required after offer.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home blood collection, labeling, and transport per policies and standards.
• Comply with lab safety and handling procedures and deliver to labs.
• Conduct EKGs and macular edema screenings as trained.
• Maintain clean, organized vehicle and supplies.
• Monitor clinical supply inventory.
• Collaborate with clinical coordination to submit visit paperwork.
• Report adverse events or product complaints per guidance.
• Maintain mileage/time logs for reimbursement and compliance.
