CDX Care is seeking a clinically driven Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in the Livonia area. The role focuses on diagnostic swallowing evaluations using Modified Barium Swallow Studies, impacting patient outcomes and quality of life.

The ideal candidate is passionate about dysphagia management, values collaboration, and can work independently while serving as a clinical resource for facility staff and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current Michigan SLP license required.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Experience performing Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBS/MBSS) required.
• Experience evaluating and treating dysphagia in adults/geriatrics required.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers required or ability to obtain before start date.
• Ability to report to the Livonia office location.

Responsibilities

• Analyze study results and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Educate patients, families, and facility staff regarding swallowing disorders and management strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, rehab, dietary, and facility leadership.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices.
• Serve as a clinical ambassador for CDX Care through professionalism and patient care.
