Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current Michigan SLP license required.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Experience performing Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBS/MBSS) required.
• Experience evaluating and treating dysphagia in adults/geriatrics required.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers required or ability to obtain before start date.
• Ability to report to the Livonia office location.

Responsibilities

• Analyze study results and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Educate patients, families, and facility staff regarding swallowing disorders and management strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, rehab, dietary, and facility leadership.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices.
• Serve as a clinical ambassador for CDX Care through professionalism and patient care.

By bringing advanced swallowing diagnostics directly to patients in their care setting, we improve access to care, reduce transportation barriers, and deliver timely, high-quality clinical services.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience performing Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBS/MBSS) required
• Experience evaluating and treating dysphagia in adult and geriatric populations required
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required, or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Ability to report to the Livonia office location
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
