You will conduct initial assessments, design and lead sessions for individuals and small groups, drive local marketing, support sales goals, and champion DRIVE values with ongoing professional development. Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with an accredited organization.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent GYMGUYZ's DRIVE values in every interaction.
