Keystone Community Services is seeking a Bilingual Food Market Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Keystone Community Food Market and ensure program sustainability. The role includes supervising staff and volunteers, managing participant flow, and maintaining accurate records.

The position requires speaking Fluency in Spanish, Karen, or Hmong and experience with emergency food services. A Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field is preferred, with a competitive benefits

Competenze

• Fluency in Spanish, Karen or Hmong required (oral, written).
• Experience with emergency food services or related social services.
• Ability to interact with diverse populations in urban settings.
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple demands.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent customer service and understanding of participant needs.

Mansioni

• Greet participants and guide them through shopping process.
• Manage participant intake interviews and ensure safe, efficient service flow.
• Oversee daily food shelf operations and ensure orderly market conditions.
• Supervise staff, volunteers, and interns; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Enter participant and service data into the database and maintain data quality.
