Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• At least 2 years of nonprofit/human services experience; 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand 7–8 hours.
• Must complete ServSafe Food Manager certification within 2 weeks of employment.
• Valid Class Driver’s License and own transportation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the year‑round Mobile Purchase market.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors, clients, and community partners.
• Ensure compliance with food handling, storage, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate setup, safety, signage, and logistics of each market stop.
• Maintain records, reconcile sales, and monitor inventory and sourcing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support program priorities and events.
