Qualifications

• Graduate of a Diagnostic Radiology Program.
• New York State Department of Health Licensed in Radiology Technology.
• Current ARRT and BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Position patients and immobilization devices to produce diagnostic imaging.
• Selects proper technical factors on an individual patient basis.
• Operate imaging equipment as directed and ensure safety standards.
• Process exams and perform QA on images.
• Maintain records and assist in teaching within the department.
