Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a Mammovan Program Manager to lead the NVHC mobile mammography program across Nevada, coordinating screening sites, staff, equipment, and grants.

You will partner with communities, hire and train travel and office staff, ensure timely results, and monitor budgets and compliance with HIPAA/OSHA regulations.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 2+ years in operations; travel and leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in operations management.
• Healthcare, women’s health, health screenings or radiology operations experience preferred.
• Background in marketing and development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Mammovan operations to assure women 40+ have access to 2D/3D screenings on the mobile unit.
• Establish partnerships to promote NVHC Mammovan services across Nevada.
• Interview and hire staff to ensure Mammovan is consistently staffed with travel and fixed office staff.
• Ensure timely and accurate results with proper follow-up for patients.
• Monitor budgets, grant spending, and supply orders; coordinate with Billing/Accounts Payable.
• Coordinate maintenance for Mammovan units and manage vendor/service agreements.
