Job summary

Onsite Women's Health is seeking an Area Manager to supervise day-to-day operations across a portfolio of 6–10 partnered breast health centers. You will work closely with the Regional Director, site physicians, and staff to ensure exceptional patient care and regulatory compliance.

The role requires ARRT certification with advanced mammography credentials, 5+ years of management experience, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• ARRT certified with advanced mammography credentials.
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in imaging management.
• CMEs maintained as required by state/national bodies.
• Proof of educational level due at hire.
• Management experience preferred; travel may be required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across 6–10 partner centers.
• Assist Regional Director with pre-installation activities and hiring.
• Manage site staff and ensure high-quality patient care delivery.
• Provide backup coverage and, when needed, perform advanced mammography.
• Collaborate with physicians, hospitals and radiology centers.
