Job summary

Broadway National Group is expanding its Mobile Technician division to invest in skilled technicians for hands-on quality and reliability. We currently have a team of about 20 technicians nationwide and aim to double by the end of 2027.

The Mobile Technician role involves coordinating with internal teams, responding quickly on-site, and performing repairs and preventative maintenance across the tristate area.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Team orientated player with ability to work independently.
• Demonstrate a strong mechanical ability and have handyman experience.
• Flexibility to travel within tristate area when needed.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Open to weekend and after hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize service calls.
• Respond in a timely manner and attempt to correct problems within first trip.
• Communicate necessary information to provide clients with cost effective, efficient solutions.
• Use multiple types of power and hand tools.
• Conduct repairs such as patching drywall, painting, replacing drop ceiling tiles, Trilogy locks, and other building maintenance tasks.
• Operate and maintain company vehicle in a safe and professional manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and other services.
