Job summary

Broadway National Group is expanding its Mobile Technician division to deliver hands-on quality and reliability. We currently have about 20 technicians and aim to double by the end of 2027 on a national scale.

As a Mobile Technician, you will coordinate with internal teams, respond quickly to service calls, and perform repairs using various power and hand tools. The role requires mechanical aptitude, handyman experience, and occasional travel within the tristate area.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel within tristate area when needed.
• Flexible for weekend and after hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize service calls.
• Respond promptly and attempt first-trip problem resolution.
• Communicate necessary information to provide cost-effective solutions.
• Use multiple types of power and hand tools.
• Conduct repairs such as patching drywall, painting, ceiling tiles, locks, and maintenance tasks.
• Operate and maintain company vehicle safely and professionally.
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections and other services.
